We dispatch items free of charge in Singapore. We deliver internationally and display shipping rates at checkout for your country but please inquire via the form if your address is unavailable. We may direct you to a sales partner better suited to your location.
We deliver to all countries of the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden) as well as to Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
In Asia we deliver to Hong Kong, Macao, Malaysia and Singapore and in the Middle East we deliver to Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
The best way of checking availability of apps is checking to see if they are on F-Droid, an alternative open source app store or direct from the developer’s website as an APK file. Feel free though to drop us a message or ask the community. Also keep an eye on the articles on this site where we will recommend apps and services that match our philosophy.
Not at all. Third party operating systems such as Copperhead are not only supported on a Pixel device through bootloader unlocking but also allow custom firmware signing keys so the ROM we provide can be securely verified. Further documentation is available here.
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards as well as direct bank transfers. For more private options, you can pay us in Bitcoin or Monero either via the store or in person.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We strive to dispatch as soon as possible and, if stock allows, we can deliver within a day or two. Our Pixels are typically imported from the EU so there can be delays. Rest assured we will keep you updated.
During the first 30 days, we will endeavour to answer any inquiries you may have and resolve any issues you experience with the use of the operating system. Mamushi Mobile’s contact hours are between 11am and 7pm, Singapore time. You can obviously contact us after this period but please note, new customers will have priority.
